We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result driven Testing Reporting Expert to join our Finance Transformation journey.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to grow your skills and be part of the Service and Quality Assurance team. The Finance Transformation platform is supported by the latest Cloud technologies, SAP S/4HANA technology, SAS software and JIRA to enable and support Service Management and Quality Assurance

Your area of responsibility

In your role you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our test reporting mechanisms and operational KPIs to meet test and service management reporting as well as audit and compliance needs

  • Design and implement control reports for quality assurance, compliance and audit
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs to measure service and quality assurance performance
  • Utilize JIRA as a main source for quality assurance reporting and operational KPI development
  • Collaborate and support test managers to drive quality assurance reporting, defect management and audit requirements
  • Support continuous improvements within Service and quality assurance enabled by JIRA

Your strengths

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related industry and domain experience
  • Proven experience in test reporting, service and quality assurance, or a similar role within the Insurance or similar industry
  • Proven expertise with JIRA, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and other reporting tools e.g. Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to build operational KPIs and control reports
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies i.e. functional testing, integration testing, UAT and regression testing
- Good language skills in German and English
